- School’s Timing for Nursery, L.K.G, U.K.G is 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- School’s Timing for Pre- primary is 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Keeping the age group of Nursery child in view the different timings to be followed week wise.
Week 1 ( 3rd July to 7th July). 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Week 2 ( 10th July to 14th July). 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Week 3 ( 17th July to 21sh July). 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Week 4 ( 24th July to 28th July). 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. - Every Saturday will be off for Nursery.
- Send your ward / child in proper school uniform regularly along with l- card.
- White uniform will be applicable on every Wednesday.
- All the children may wear coloured clothes to school on his/her birthday.
- Do not force your child to write with right hand if he/she is lefty.
- It is imperative for all the parents to attend familiarisation meet.
- A note to the teacher/ care taker given with information about your child’s food preferences or allergies if any.
- Parents are asked to send vegetarian food such as chapati, paratha, puri with green veggies in child’s lunch box . Do avoid sending junk food .
- Label the lunch box, water bottle and compass of a child.
- Do not forget to keep a small pack of hand wipes or tissue paper in child’s bag.
- A spare set of clothes to be kept on daily basis.( In case child untidies his/her uniform)
- Keep an extra pant ( Nickers) and two handkerchiefs daily in child’s bag.
- Parents should check the almanac everyday and note the homework as well as other instructions given.
- The school Almanac should be filled in completely with all the information required.
- If a child is very sick then he/she should not be sent to school at all.
- Parents are not allowed to drop the child in the class . Do drop them by the main gate.
- Parents are directed not to enter classroom to see their children or teachers during school hours.
- Parents can meet children after the class is over.
